Our ingredients include Oats, Brown Rice Syrup, Honey, Coconut Oil, Almond pieces, Sesame seeds, Cocoa powder, Poppy seeds, Brewers yeast, Fenugreek, Vanilla, Fennel, and Himalayan Salt.
