Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be conveniently purchased online via our events booking page. Click here to buy your Mama Club event ticket.

How do I qualify for the free R100 Babies R Us Gift Card?

Rewards members who have linked their card to their online profile, qualify for a R100 Babies R Us gift card.

Only one R100 Gift card will be given per Rewards Card number.

Gift cards will be given at registration (8am - 9am) on the day of the event.

Rewards cards must be presented for gift cards to be collected.

If you're not already a member, sign up for Babies R Us Rewards either online or in-store. It's quick, easy, and totally free! Learn more about joining Babies R Us Rewards.

Link Your Card to Your Profile: Before purchasing your event ticket, ensure your Rewards card is linked to your profile. Here's how:

- Go to the Babies R Us Website
- Sign in or Register
- Click on "View Account" and then "Rewards".
- Enter your Rewards card number (found on the card)
- Click "Link Card" to link to your card to your profile.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Regrettably, tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the event due to catering arrangements. Make sure to secure your ticket in advance, as seating is limited! Don't miss out on the Real Mama Club experience.

How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive two emails containing your booking order number – consider it your golden ticket to Real Mama Club.
The first email serves as our standard order confirmation. The second email is a beautifully detailed Mama Club email, containing all the information you need.

How do I cancel my ticket?

Life happens, and we get it – especially with pregnancy in the mix! To cancel your ticket and request a refund, simply reach out to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on 087 234 8697 at least 48 hours before the event. We'll be sad not to meet you, but we understand.

Please note: Cancellations cannot be requested on the day of the event and refunds will not be processed.

How can I exchange my ticket for another event?

Changed your mind and want to switch to a different event? No problem. To exchange your ticket, reach out to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on 087 234 8697 at least 48 hours before the event. We're here to assist!

Are partners, friends, or family allowed to attend?

Absolutely! All are welcome. We believe it takes a village to raise a child, and having your support system with you for events like this is truly special.

Please note: Each adult attending must purchase a ticket individually. This ensures we can cater to everyone and make the event an enjoyable experience for all. Plus, it means their names go into our lucky draw!

Can I bring my child?

Certainly! Children under 6 months are more than welcome. We'll even have nannies available to take care of them, so you can enjoy the talks, lunch, or make some mama friends. Unfortunately, children older than 6 months may not attend.

For your convenience, we'll have a breastfeeding corner and a diaper changing station equipped with certain essentials.

If you're bringing your baby, please remember to pack all the necessary items they may need throughout the day.

What meal options are available?

We've got you covered! We cater to both meat and vegetarian preferences. If you require Halaal meals, just drop us an email at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on 087 234 8697 to make the necessary arrangements, no later than 5 days before the event

What time does the event start and finish?

Registration kicks off at 8:00 am sharp and the event starts at 9:00 am sharp. Be sure not to miss registration, as it's your chance to collect your Gift Card (Rewards members only) and ensure we have your details for giveaways.

If everything goes according to plan, we anticipate the event to conclude at around 3:30 pm.

Will items be for sale on the day?

Absolutely! Products from our brand sponsor will be available for purchase throughout the event. Only credit or debit cards will be accepted. No cash transactions will be available.
