Definitions and Interpretation

1. In this Disclaimer (“the Disclaimer”), unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

1. 1. “Disclaimer” – means this disclaimer with terms and conditions set out herein;
   2. “Babies R Us” – means Babies R Us and Toys R Us trading under Amic Trading (Pty) (Registration Number: 2012/166642/07) including all its subsidiaries;
   3. “Antenatal Course” – means the Antenatal Course held, hosted and run by Babies R Us and its Wellness Nurses from time to time;
   4. “Participant” – means any person who signs up, views or takes part in the Antenatal Course.
2. This Antenatal Course and any content or information provided is not intended or implied to be a substitute for any professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be relied upon as health or personal advice.
3. Each participant confirms their attendance for and to the Antenatal Course is of one’s own accord.
4. Every participant must always seek the guidance of their respective qualified doctor with any questions they may have regarding any information obtained in the Antenatal Course.
5. Babies R Us encourages all participants to confirm any information obtained from or through the Antenatal Course with your respective qualified doctor.
6. All content or information including text, graphics, images and information contained on or available through the Antenatal Course is for general information purposes only.
7. Babies R Us makes no representation and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information on or available through the Antenatal Couse.
8. Always consult with an appropriate qualified doctor for specific medical advice related to your situation.
9. The participant irrevocably agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Babies R Us including its staff, employees, wellness nurses, directors, suppliers, franchisor, agents, successors in title and officers from, and against, any and all claims and losses arising out of, or where such claim arises in relation to, or as a result of any action or omission conducted by Babies R Us in respect of this Antenatal Course.
